Lauren Wright has focused on retirement plan
issues for governmental 401(a), grandfathered 401(k), 403(b) and
457(b) plans as well as tax exempt 403(b) and 457(b) plans.
Her experience includes working with plan administrators and
retiree advocates to address retirement plan questions relating
to service providers’ services agreements and forms, current or
proposed IRS guidance or legislation and plan documents. Lauren
is experienced in drafting plan documents and amendments for
various retirement plan types.
Lauren received her law degree from the
University of Denver and her Masters Degree in Taxation from the
University of Denver’s Graduate Tax Program.
Lauren is admitted to practice in Colorado and
her office is located in Colorado. She is a member of the
Western Pension Benefits Group.
Prior to joining Giller & Calhoun, Lauren was an
attorney with Great-West Retirement Services’ Regulatory Policy
& Contracts department where she was a subject matter expert on
governmental plans.
